“Leader in Innovative Education”
Patty led CIJS to accomplish many milestones throughout the years including becoming one of the few testing sites in the country for educational learning products at Lakeshore Learning. In addition, Patty was afforded the opportunity through invitation to be a guest speaker at the Orlando Disney Convention for the National Association of Gifted Students in November of 2016.
As the CEO, Patty has held many positions such as the Director of Marketing, Human Resources and Enrollment, Curriculum Development, Fundraising/Events, Staff Development & Training, Behavior Management and Parent/Student/Staff Liaison in both the private and charter sector.
Patty’s success over the years has largely been attributed to her enthusiasm, drive, dedication, passion and desire to continue understanding the values of the Reggio Emilia approach that display excellence in education through critical thinking, problem solving and experiential methods of learning, and that integrate so well with the traditional approaches here in the United States. Patty has traveled to schools all over the world including Reggio Emilia to experience firsthand the educational practices that she empowers and collaborates with educators to implement within their own classrooms.
